Returns & Cancellations—At a Glance

• Cancel anytime before printing starts for a full refund. After printing begins, refunds aren’t available.

• To cancel, give me a quick call at 702-245-1891.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method. I don’t charge any fees, but your bank might.

• Returned prints/frames should be undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging.

• You pay for return shipping and are responsible for the package until it arrives. Insured, trackable shipping is best!

• No refunds for items that arrive damaged.

• If your purchase was a gift sent directly to you, your refund comes as a gift certificate. If it was sent to someone else first, the refund goes to the gift giver.
